“VILMA” company was founded in 1988 by the Dogramantzis family, based in Maroussi.
Later, it was relocated to Metamorfosi, Attica, in a leased space of 600 sq.m. and from 2006 until today is located, in privately owned facilities of 1000 sq.m., in the area of BIO.PA. Ano Liossia Attica and employs specialized staff with many years of employment in the company.
Its area of expertise lies in the mixing and trading of natural spices, flavorings, other auxiliaries and additives, intended for meat products. Having a long experience in the supply of the meat industry and the meat processing industry and supplying the largest sausage industries in Greece, ELMIKA SMLLC created products that are specifically addressed to the butcher and grill.
It has high standard and performance equipment as well as a special laboratory, fully equipped for product testing so that its customers can see and test their final product. It also has the innovative mixing system “DIOSNA”, unique in Greece, which ensures the optimal mixing of materials, especially chemicals, offering ideal homogeneity.
It has developed and maintains an up-to-date Quality Assurance system for food safety management, in compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000: 2018, certified by the company BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION.
